Environmental Law
Today’s present economy demands that
individuals, small businesses, and non-profits consider how they can
contribute to improve the global problem of climate change, energy
conservation, and pollution.
While decades have gone by since governments
have addressed environmental contamination, natural resource and
historic preservation, and preservation of wildlife habitats,
individuals and smaller scale business and local governments have not
needed to address these policies issues as directly as we now see.
